Position: Growth Operator (Business Development & Marketing)

We are building a coordinated growth engine across the Flentis Economic Alliance — and we are hiring a Growth Operator to sit at the centre of it.

This is not an admin role.
This is not a passive marketing position.

This is a high-impact role focused on driving and converting new business across a multi-division financial alliance.

Minimum Requirements

Degree or Diploma from a recognised South African university 

  • Highly organised and disciplined
  • Financially literate (basic bookkeeping understanding)
  • Strong follow-up culture
  • Comfortable handling sensitive information
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional presence
  • Marketing awareness (LinkedIn / email coordination advantageous)
  • High integrity and confidentiality
  • Strong academic record
  • Structured and disciplined personality

Background Checks:

  • Due to the nature of this role, background checks and reference verification will be conducted.
  • This role offers long-term growth potential into Growth Manager or Alliance Coordination Lead as the enterprise expands.

The role operates at the centre of the Alliance’s coordination layer — ensuring executive scheduling discipline, revenue visibility, receivables tracking, client communication flow and operational structure.

This is not a routine administrative position.
It is a governance and operations development role with long-term growth potential within the Alliance structure.

Structured mentorship and direct leadership exposure will be provided.
