Minimum Requirements
Degree or Diploma from a recognised South African university
- Highly organised and disciplined
- Financially literate (basic bookkeeping understanding)
- Strong follow-up culture
- Comfortable handling sensitive information
- Strong communication skills
- Professional presence
- Marketing awareness (LinkedIn / email coordination advantageous)
- High integrity and confidentiality
- Strong academic record
- Structured and disciplined personality
Background Checks:
- Due to the nature of this role, background checks and reference verification will be conducted.
- This role offers long-term growth potential into Growth Manager or Alliance Coordination Lead as the enterprise expands.
Your focus will include:
– Generating and converting leads (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google)
– Supporting website and SEO optimisation
– Managing deal flow through our internal workspace
– Responding to inbound client enquiries
– Supporting client acquisition across all divisions
We are looking for someone who is:
– Highly organised and disciplined
– Financially literate (basic understanding)
– Strong in communication and follow-through
– Comfortable handling sensitive information
– Self-motivated, innovative, and driven to perform

Compensation is structured to reward performance and growth, including a base component and meaningful upside linked to results and deal conversion.
This role is best suited to a self-motivated, innovative individual who is driven to gain exposure to real business, real clients, and real deal flow — not just a job.
The role operates at the centre of the Alliance’s coordination layer — ensuring executive scheduling discipline, revenue visibility, receivables tracking, client communication flow and operational structure.
This is not a routine administrative position.
It is a governance and operations development role with long-term growth potential within the Alliance structure.
Structured mentorship and direct leadership exposure will be provided.
